From the below changelog, it seems that this is a manual process every
release, this should be dynamically set at build time using distro-
info or lsb-release and substitution

* debian/control.in:
- Update build-depends (glib 2.31.2, libsoup-gnome 2.37.1, GTK 3.3.7,

* debian/epiphany-browser-data.gsettings-override:
- Drop homepage setting since Epiphany doesn't support it any more
* debian/patches/10_smart_bookmarks: Dropped, obsolete
* debian/watch: Watch for unstable releases
