You have been subscribed to a public bug:
I had a crash report appear and chose to submit the bug.
I selected the 'full' report.
Then it stopped on the 'sending report' dialog box; I had an Internet
connection at the timey .
I pressed cancel after about 5 minutes of the progress bar not moving.
Thereafter the dialog box went 'grey' once another window had passed over it,
indicating it was not responding to paint events, etc.
Eventually it went away by itself after about 20 minutes.
