@sebastien-slacroix) : yes I'm sure it's not enabled by default but I did hit that bug myself in the past and I'm pretty sure there is something which turn the feature on for you sometimes, the something could be a weird keybindings you might hit by error without noticing, I never figured what I was doing for it to happen though :-(

I found a solution for previous version of ubuntu in the bug reports.
