Binary package hint: evolution
Under zh_CN.UTF8 locale, when I try to create a new appointment in the
Evolution, the time combox is in Chinese such as "上午08:30"
(8:30am)，when I choose one of the values, a "Invalid Time Value"
warnning dialog pops up.
