Title: Soundsystem for volume increase/decrease disappeared after upgrade Ubuntu 11.10 Status in “gnome-settings-daemon” package in Ubuntu: Fix Released Status in “gnome-settings-daemon” source package in Precise: Fix Released Bug description: I have installed a fresh Ubuntu 11.10 i386 and the sound fx of volume increase/decrease works. After install all the suggested upgrades and after reboot the sound disappear. The audio works good and the command increase/decrease volume works too, but can't hear that "pop!" sound anymore.
