Right-aligned labels would solve this specific problem by setting them
nearer to its controls, as seen in the wireframe I'm attaching. But the
solution arises other problems: the 'Background' label seems out of
place, and the 'Launcher icon size' option seems to belong more in the
'Launcher' tab[1] (in the current implementation it's named 'Behavior').

  3. Measure the distance between the "Launcher icon size:" label and slider.
