I cannot change language settings
Status in “gwibber” package in Ubuntu:

Bug description:
The language setting in the message writing space is fixed to that of the
system. A list of locales (not really languages) is shown in the contextual
(right-click) menu when you select "Languages", but whatever the choice, the
language remains that of the system default (French in my case).
I have identi.ca and twitter accounts that otherwise work well together.
