There is a refresh in the menu, as well as the keyboard shortcut. There
is also a quicklist in the gwibber icon on the Unity launcher.

Binary package hint: gwibber
Need a quick refresh button button somewhere on Gwibber window so that
streams can be refreshed quickly (f5 is there but many people don't
use keyboard shortcuts). I don't know where to file this. Please move
it to appropriate location.
