Finally found fix released bug 865754 from Oneiric, seems it got lost due to
some other update.
* apport-gtk: In bug update mode, make details dialog resizable and fix
default size. Patch cherry-picked from trunk r1991.

Bug description:
When I click to expand the "Content of the report" section in the
"Send problem report to the developers?" window, just over one line of
content from the report is visible, and the window cannot be expanded
by dragging at the corners.
