Broadcast is listed twice in the mail menu on ubuntu

Bug description:
I removed all traces of gwibber from my system the first time i saw
this happening, then rebooted. It was a complete removal. Then when I
reinstalled it I rebooted again. I opened it up and after a while I
saw it listed twice in the mail menu again.
