  can not pair connection or send/receive files from the device or to

Bug description:
  I was using ubuntu 10.10 and 11.04 versions and gnome-bluetoooth was
  working perfectly. However, once I installed ubuntu 11.10 the
  bluetooth in my laptop can detect buetooth devices but can not pair
  connection or send/receive files from the device or to the device
  neither able to browse files in the device (I can say the bluetooth
  become useless!). Please help

  My laptop is dell xps 15.
