conversation window contact->block contact doesn't actually add to the
blocked contacts list

Bug description:
was receiving spam ims from the same im name every few days, and
conversation window's contact->block contact was not helping.
then noticed contact list has edit->blocked contacts, which did not
include that im name. just added it, hopefully will actually block
that user.
