Bug description:
it seems that the info is filled by the lightdm server, hence this bug
report on lightdm.
In the indicator, there are three french keyboard proposed, but none
of them contains the default "french keyboard" we are using in ubuntu.
we are user the "french (variant)" keyboard called fr, oss.
In the indicator, we don't get access to this variant.
