Yes, I can still reproduce this. From what I remember, I think it does better now, but it's still there. After the window is resized, if I move my mouse anywhere in the window, the content reflows to fit the new size. If I'm using the edges of the window, it's hard to not have the mouse in the window, so that generally works fine. If I resize the window using the title bar, by double click, drag to the side or top, etc., the text does not reflow until the mouse enters the window. My version is: 3.2.1-0ubuntu1.3
