Same problem here, i was seeing two flash videos at once (they where in the same tab). When i tried to close, firefox entered in a bucle or something similar, after a while with it not responding, it let me close the tab. But the black&white colors stayed. For new tabs, refreshing the pages, the interface, skin, everything except other programs or the close buttons.
