Actually this seems to be a Unity thing. If I keep the mouse held down the
Unity bar eventually comes up after it stops hanging.
Can you Confirm the same behavior?

Bug description:
Binary package hint: firefox
Whenever I drag an image from its place to any random space. Firefox
hangs for some time. Also , sometimes the whole session freezes and I
have to rebbot the system by Sysrq.
