Title: Media key like volume up & volume down and other special keys stopped working after latest precise update. Status in “gnome-settings-daemon” package in Ubuntu: Fix Released Bug description: Media keys and other special keys stop working . More precise if you do a fresh login and you try to use the volume up ( or any other special key ) multiple times it is going to work for about 4 5 times and then stop responding , after this all the media keys and other special keys like Av mode , S1 , etc ( names differ per laptop - keyboard ) doesn't responding as well and if you try to log out it says that you cant because "gnome-settings-deamon" is not responding .
