STILL Doesn't work 2/18/2012 Version 10.0.2 Go to address book. Open one of the address lists, new window "Mailing List" with List name. There is ONE open line at the bottom waiting for the next entry. Drag and drop an email address from another source such as an email message content in one of your email folders. The drag and drop email occupies the open line on the Mailing List as expected. Drag and drop another to add to the list and there is no open line to drop it in.
You have to click on the Mailing list and manually scroll down to open a new empty line. -- You received this bug notification because you are a member of Desktop Packages, which is subscribed to thunderbird in Ubuntu. https://bugs.launchpad.net/bugs/711314 Title: Address Book - Can't drag and drop contacts to list Status in Mozilla Thunderbird Mail and News: Confirmed Status in “thunderbird” package in Ubuntu: Confirmed Bug description: Binary package hint: thunderbird Address Book - Can't drag and drop contacts to list.
