Title:
  gnome-control-center (audio output tab) crashed when (system mode)
  pulseaudio stopped playing

Status in “gnome-control-center” package in Ubuntu:
  New

Bug description:
  I've setup pulseaudio in system mode, was playing music through it.
  The music stopped, and when I got back to my PC gnome-control-center
  had crashed. The Sound settings part of it won't start again, last
  part of console output:
