Title:
Adding footnotes is impossible while auto-complete is in progress
Status in “libreoffice” package in Ubuntu:
Incomplete
Bug description:
I'm unable to add a footnote while the auto-complete function suggests
something. Reproduce it by:
1. Type a word that triggers the auto-complete function, e.g.: typing
"launch" triggers to complete to "launchPAD", while "PAD" is focussed.
2. Try to add a footnote, no matter how.
3. A new footnote seems to be created, the cursor jumps to the bottom of the
page.
4. Now typing anything causes the footnote to be removed immediately; the
typed letters are inserted at the beginning of the document.
Hope that helps ;)
