  suspend/task freeze does not work because daemon gets into D process
  state

Bug description:
  Binary package hint: gnome-settings-daemon

  Nearly every time I try to suspend my computer it does not work and I
  get a "dmesg" kernel message telling me that gnome-settings-daemon is
  to blame. However if I use "ps auxwww" or "iotop" before suspending I
  cannot see that the daemon is in D process status for extended amounts
  of time. So I guess the suspend itself triggers this problem in gnome-
  settings-daemon?
