I'm surprised LP even managed to send this to me.  I can't even access 
the bug!   This is for an OEM ( maybe the original ) project over four 
years old, so I would go ahead and delete and/or re-test and file 
directly against NM.

Bug description:
  Taken from the Compal bug report:

  Seteps to reproduce:
  1. Boot the device.
  2. Click Web
  3. Click Network connection on Marquee.
  4. Select the AP 
  5. The dialog pops up 
  6. Input the a-key
  7. The device is connected with the AP.
  8. Change the encryption key from a-key to b-key on AP.
  9. Repeat step 3 and step 4.

  Result:
  The dialog does not pop up for user to change key.

  Expected Result:
  user is prompted for a new key
