1) Purchase some software in oneiric that isn't yet available for precise
2) Update to precise
ER:
* I should be warned appropriately about what will happen to the software
that I have purchased and installed

* not sure, but I assume USC just disables the commercial PPAs along with
other PPAs duriing the upgrade, with a generic warning about 3rd party sources
being disabled.
