To fix this correctly, we need

from rhyhmbox git master. As this is a bit of a regression, but still a
"feature," I'm adding the FFe request to this bug. The strings in the
gsettings schema file aren't translated, and we can probably punt the
changes to the rblirc .plugin file, to avoid breaking current
translations.

Bug description:
  The ubuntu one plugin is a separate package, but after installing it
  it is not enabled by default.  The user needs to find the 'plugins'
  menu entry and search for and enable it.
