As far as I know this probably is already covered in newer Ubuntu
releases. If you still have such a setup, could you please confirm
whether this problem is still reproducible?

  Incomplete

Bug description:
  Binary package hint: network-manager

  Additional routes pushed by dhcp are not added to the routing tables.
  When using dhclient manually the routes are added by 
/etc/dhcp3/dhclient-exit-hooks.d/rfc3442-classless-routes scripts which is not 
executed with nm
