Before opting in, Recommendations box has clickable "More" button

software-center trunk r2782, Ubuntu 12.04 alpha 2
Before you have opted in to recommendations, the "Recommended For You"
section on the home screen has a "More" button, which wobbles when you
click it.
At the very least, the button should not be clickable. Further, as
shown in <https://wiki.ubuntu.com/SoftwareCenter/Recommendations>,
before you have opted in there should be only a "Hide" button.
