Bug description:
I installed Ubuntu 11.10. Libre office came with the install.
It was working before but lately when I try to launch it I only get the
following message: "The application cannot be started.
A general error occurred while accessing your central configuration. "
I have re-installed all Libre office components and updated to the
latest version 3.4.5 - no change.
I do not know what has occured for this error to be displayed.
