Title:
Libreoffice (writer) global menu and window controls disappear
  (randomly)

Status in “libreoffice” package in Ubuntu:
  Confirmed
Status in “unity” package in Ubuntu:
  New

Bug description:
From time to time the global menu and window controls of a libreoffice
window become inaccessible (the menu of nautilus, but without window
controls show up instead). This makes it impossible to close the
window or quit the instance of writer without logging out. I attach a
  screenshot that illustrates the problem.

  (This never happened in natty)
