Bug description:
Certain MP3 files in my collection will not play with gstreamer. I have
tested these files with xine and they work fine. They also play correctly under
several Windows-based players. Under anything powered by gstreamer0.10,
however, they fail. A nice freely available example of MP3s (I have others, but
distributing them would violate copyright laws, of course) that fail to play
under gstreamer0.10 is the Penny Arcade Podcast:

Every one of these files fails to play with gstreamer0.10, and plays fine on
a player with the xine backend (totem-xine or amaroK, to name two).
