i can not read this what you write. "не сохраняются учетные записи"
use this way
ubuntu-bug package name
than apport will collect all the necessary info from the system and than
reprot it.. marking it as invalid please file an other bug with the full info
and define the bug in simple english. also attach the steps to reproduce the
bug. you can read this and its sub links for more info
