Sound Output - Balance slider jumps unexpectedly

Bug description:
When clicking on the bar the balance level doesn't jump where it has
been clicked but varies for a fixed amount. When clicked on any place
on the slider, non over the thumb, the thumb should jump to that
specific place changing the value of the balance accordingly.
This issue might relate also to the other sliders on the right column
of the panel. Please double check them.
