Sounds like a race between the broadcom drivers. That's a little unusual
because I thought those had already been sorted a long while ago, though
it's possibly a side-effect of the upgrade from Lucid.

Reassigning to 'linux' for the kernel team to look at this issue.

Title:
  No wifi on boot, need to unload ssb, b43 and wl, then reload wl

Bug description:
  On every boot I need to do 'sudo modprobe -r wl ssb b43' and then
  'sudo modprobe wl' to get my wifi going. I have a BCM43225 Broadcom
  WiFi card. If I dont do it no wifi interface is detected at all.
