The 'detail' dropdown shown when a crash report is being reviewed for
sending resizes the window on small screens to make the detail visible.
This pushes the buttons at the bottom of the dialogue off the bottom of
the screen on a small screen (8" screen).
When the detail dropdown is re-minimised, the window does not return to
the original size, so the buttons are off screen and cannot be clicked.
They can only be pulled back into view by ALT-click-dragging the window
off the top of the screen.
It may save time to fix bug 942087 at the same time as this bug.
