Bug description:
  i connect my laptop with a noki mobilephone, with an SD card inside,
  to transfer a mp3 from the laptop to the microSD card. after that i
  unhook the SD-memory and pull of the USB cable. this bugreport pop up.
  i send it and firefox connected to launchpad. but than the system
  crashed complete, the screen was black and ther where just a few white
  letters and numbers. the fan turn faster. no chance i have to hard
  off. after reboot i can restore the Firefox session and i am happy
  that i still can report this heavy bug!
