* Merge from trunk:
- collect_info(): Do not assume that reports have a "ProblemType" field.
This is not the case when updating a bug. (LP: #947519)
- Re-enable inadvertently disabled "bug report for uninstalled package"
test.
- Update translations from Launchpad.
