Bug description:
Clicking on a search filter category title hides the filter options
To Reproduce:
1. Navigate to a Dash Lens, open the 'Filter results', and click on a filter
category title (e.g. "Type" in the App Lens)
What currently incorrectly happens:
- All the options disappear! Repeated clicking causes the filter category
below the category title clicked on to be disappear or be displayed underneath
the first category. See attached images:

Correct desired behaviour:
- Until the expand/collapse behaviour is working correctly, and the
white rotating triangle is present, clicking on the 'search filter
category title' should do nothing
- Implement the correct expand/collapse behaviour, and add the white
rotating 'expanded/collapsed' triangle shown in the designs
