Bug description:
The Unity side panel launcher doesn't appear after latest updates in
Pangolin. It appears every ten time I hover the mouse to the left,
otherwise only a slight hint of a shadow appears, as if the launcher
is outside the screen and only the shadow appears (see screenshot). If
I set the launcher to not autohide it works fine.
