Unable to launch aplications by using keyboard shortcuts only

Fix Released
Bug description:
1. Logout and login again
2. Press the "super" key
3. Write an application name
4. Notice it's the first listed
5. Press the "enter" key
Nothing happens, where the first listed application should be ran.
Only affects Unity 3D.
