Title:
Unity doesn't know that libreoffice started

Status in “unity” package in Ubuntu:
  Incomplete

Bug description:
  Ubuntu 11.10

If I open a file with LibreOffice writer in a maximized window and I
hurry to the area of exit, minimize, maximize buttons before the
window appears, during the splash screen, then these buttons don't
appear for the maximized window, nor does the launcher know that the
application is running (no little arrow next to its icon and clicking
on it opens a new window). Yet the program's responding. And nautilus
know it's open (if I re-double-click the file, brings the window
correctly) So it should concern unity....?
