Regression: can't encrypt home directory at user creation
Status in “gnome-control-center” package in Ubuntu:

Bug description:
When creating a new user in Ubuntu 11.10, there is an option to
"Encrypt home folder to protect sensitive data".
In Ubuntu 12.04 the User Accounts utility in Systems Settings is
missing this.
