Use -moz-menubartext rather than MenuText for text on menubar styled elements

MDN says "-moz-menubartext - Foreground color for text in menu bars.  Often 
similar to MenuText.  Should be used on top of Menu background."
So that should be all right here.

Looks good on Light themes (Clearlooks on Fedora) and Dark themes
(Ambiance on Ubuntu [2])

Bug description:
  Since the latest update the colour theme in thunderbird has caused it
  to have unreadable menu buttons and open tab headings. The background
  colour is a dark grey like the Unity top panel but the font is a
  slightly lighter grey, but too light to be able to read. This is
  regression, the previous theme was perfect, please repair.
