Thanks for bugreport It is because Writer has no character "Horizontal line". Instead, used paragraph with enabled bottom border.
For remove unneeded horizontal lines: 1. Place text cursor on that line or select several lines 2. Format->Paragraph or right mouse click ->Paragraph 3. tab "Borders" 4. on top left on dialog "Paragraph" click first square, border disappears 5. click Ok. -- You received this bug notification because you are a member of Desktop Packages, which is subscribed to libreoffice in Ubuntu. https://bugs.launchpad.net/bugs/850710 Title: [Upstream] A line comes when I push enter in LibreOffice Writer Status in LibreOffice Productivity Suite: Incomplete Status in “libreoffice” package in Ubuntu: Opinion Bug description: I have included a screen capture video of what happens to explain this clearly so when i write ----- and push enter, it will transform into a line (this is ok), but it will suddenly come to many lines when i push enter before that line. and i can't remove the last line ProblemType: Bug DistroRelease: Ubuntu 11.04 Package: libreoffice-common 1:3.3.3-1ubuntu2 ProcVersionSignature: Ubuntu 2.6.38-11.48-generic 2.6.38.8 Uname: Linux 2.6.38-11-generic i686 Architecture: i386 Date: Thu Sep 15 11:20:10 2011 InstallationMedia: Ubuntu 11.04 "Natty Narwhal" - Release i386 (20110427.1) PackageArchitecture: all ProcEnviron: LANGUAGE=fi_FI:en LANG=fi_FI.UTF-8 SHELL=/bin/bash SourcePackage: libreoffice UpgradeStatus: No upgrade log present (probably fresh install) To manage notifications about this bug go to: https://bugs.launchpad.net/df-libreoffice/+bug/850710/+subscriptions -- Mailing list: https://launchpad.net/~desktop-packages Post to : [email protected] Unsubscribe : https://launchpad.net/~desktop-packages More help : https://help.launchpad.net/ListHelp
