Bug description:
  Description: Ubuntu precise (development branch)
  Release: 12.04
  gnome-control-center:
    Installed: 1:3.3.91-0ubuntu2
    Candidate: 1:3.3.91-0ubuntu2
    Version table:

I just installed this beta 1 from the live-cd and was walking through
the controls doing some set up. In the control center I attempted to
access the printing segment and got this crash. The printer was just
coming on-line. After it was on-line the crash did not occur and the
options for the printer were available.

I believe some bullet-proofing is needed before the final release.
Programs like this should not crash just because something isn't on-
line/present. The programmer needs to fix his try ... catch block or
  maybe just put one in.
