Bug description:
Binary package hint: gnome-panel
glunarclock fails to load on Karmic.
I have no clue about the actual bug but I have read "Please report all OAFIID
bugs to the gnome-panel developers" here:
https://bugs.launchpad.net/gnome-panel/+bug/376883
and the error message does include OAFIID.

gnome-panel 1:2.28.0-0ubuntu6
glunarclock 1:0.32.4-11ubuntu2
Steps to reproduce:
(0. install glunarclock)
1. right-click on Panel -> Add to Panel
2. Choose glunarclock
3. error
(I'm wondering if this is a dupe of #426185)
