Instead of just posting up this file, can you run apport-bug <filename>
on it so that we get the proper stacktrace on which the retracer can
run? Right now that file is of no use, and is more of a security issue.
Marking bug private so that that attachment isn't visible to the world,
and closing it so that you can open a new one.

  someone had asked to raise a new bug with the stacktrace. so, here's
  the relevant stacktrace.

  Unity-panel-service crashed while running spotify in Ubuntu 12.04.
  Stacktrace has been added as an attachment.
