Bug description:
Latest updates applied.
Trying to reduce power consumption (and heat from laptop) had changed
/etc/default/grub to contain:
GRUB_CMDLINE_LINUX_DEFAULT="quiet splash pcie_aspm=force
i915.i915_enable_rc6=1 i915.i915_enable_fbc=1"
Rebooted, then tried to start terminal from the application lens,
which apparently hung. Aport started up automatically to generate this
bug.
