Title:
gconf-editor crashed with SIGSEGV while browsing tree in left pane
Status in “gconf-editor” package in Ubuntu:
New
Bug description:
Successfully launched gconf-editor, which was leftover on my system after
11.10 -> 12.04beta1 distro upgrade. Crash occurred three times thus far, all
while expanding and navigating the list tree in the app's left pane. No edits
using the tool were attempted. Crashes have been experienced strictly during
navigation thus far.
I use gconf-editor to make changes to the gnome shell (ie: move the 'close,
min, max' titlebar buttons to the right side of the window). I have not
encountered any crashes with this tool until 12.04.
