Binary package hint: compiz
From a design point of view, some people may want to disable annoying
tooltip from the decorator bar.
I propose here a patch to command that behavior depending on
/desktop/gnome/interface/hide_decorator_tooltip gconf key. TRUE will
hide them. FALSE or no value/key will fall to default behavior showing
a tooltip
