Popup artifacts using google chrome right click mouse menu

Bug description:
When I start google chrome or chromium I found artifacts (shadows
background border only) when use right click mouse on a web.
If I do:
unity --reset
The artifacts gone, but it creates new again with small duration uisng
agian rigth click mouse. I observer a drastically performance down
when this artifacts are shown.
This messages appears on a unity session with artifacts (I use two
monitors):
