Step to reproduce:
Open the wireless panel of the network settings of gnome-control-center.
Disable all networking from the networking applet
in gnome-control-center a drop menu appears : "Network name" to choose the
wireless network.
this list is empty (certainly because networking is disabled) so the only
entry is "Other".
Click on other.
gnome-control-center crashes.
